WHATEVER YOU'RE LOOKING FOR IS NOT A PROBLEM . . .
Born This Way... Taylor Noelle
They say somethings we're just meant to be or the universe has
already predestined our future. This might very well be the case
with Taylor Noelle. She's not only classically trained vocally,
but her family upbringing gives her a strong understanding
& knowledge of the music industry. The talented young songstress
is continuing the family legacy, along with building a beautiful soundtrack
legacy of her own. What role or title would label your current position in the music industry
and how did you come about going in that direction? Pop vocalist. I have
always been a singer, I remember first deciding to pursue a
recording
artist career during my early elementary years. I remember just
absolutely
loving the "bubble-gum Pop" era when it came through in the
late 90s-early 21st century
with N'SYNC, Christina Aguilera, Britney
Spears etc. so although I'm classically trained,
Pop is has always been
where my heart is. I think I always wanted to be in the music industry
because I was born into it. Both my parents were in it (that's actually
how they met-funny story,
ask me about it sometime ; ) so it was always
around & such a part of my life.
Singing just makes me feel good in a
way nothing else does.
What is your background/nationality? I'm a Chicagoan, of
course. Best in the Midwest, baby! I just turned 22
& I am mostly
African-American & about a quarter Asian. How long have you been in the music industry and when did you know
that music was not a passion, but possible profession? Well I'd say I've
been really trying to do this since I was 9 years old. That's when I
wrote
my first song & I had the cutest little singing group with my
friends, a few actually.
I think I always thought of music as a
profession because my mom worked at a label
so I knew that those people I
was seeing on TV were real and that they were actual people,
not just
"stars" or "celebrities."
What do you feel your best asset is? My best asset is my
personality. The fact that I'm personable. It's like Drake said
"Even
though she standin' out, she look like she belong here." I fit in
anywhere &
that's important for networking & making people actually
even want to listen to your music. If you had a time machine would there by anything you'd like to change
in your past or would you like to peek into your future? Oh yes, if I could go
back to high school I would've been so much more focused on music,
rather than boys, cheerleading etc. I'd like to think that I can still
change
my future so I don't know about a peek. Lol
How can people reach you & find out more of what's going on in your world?
